Bit of a damp squib for last race of the series – only 4 finishers after being parked on the Surrey bank for 40+ minutes praying / waiting for the breeze to kick in……well done to Maury for persevering.

As for the overall result, normal service resumed – congratulations Jack with a comprehensive win. Of his 10 results that counted, he had 9 wins – not quite a clean sweep, so room for improvement Jack (but try and give us others a chance, please!). Brilliant effort. Well done to Alex for second place, 

Overall, there were 17 races and 42 different competitors across the series – that’s double the number of competitors compared to the 2019 Spring Series, so a great turnout, Let’s hope the Summer series proves as popular.
