It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Christopher, who passed away peacefully at home on Saturday 5th October.

The family will hold a private committal service at Mortlake Crematorium on the morning of Friday 25th October.

The Service of Thanksgiving for the life of Christopher will be held at St Mary’s Church, Putney High Street, near Putney Bridge, SW15 1SN at 2.15pm for all family and friends.

After the Service, you are invited to Ranelagh Sailing Club, Putney Embankment. (http://www.ranelaghsc.co.uk/getting-there). There is parking available near the Club. High tide is at 12.30pm.

In the last year, Christopher was greatly helped by The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square.
