Membership
The primary aim of Ranelagh Sailing Club is to encourage and facilitate competitive dinghy sailing. Members benefit from all the necessary infrastructure provided to allow sailing in Central London. But there are more reasons to join Ranelagh than just sailing. Ranelagh has an increasingly active social schedule and members can rent the club house for a very low fee if they want to host a private event.
At the same time Ranelagh really is a community club. Members are therefore also expected to contribute to the functioning by giving a little bit of their time, which includes the occasional safety boat duty.
New members / manage your membership
The club uses membermojo.co.uk to manage all our membership needs. It’s a secure online membership cloud based app that maintains all your membership details including:
- family members if you have a family membership (go to your membership page and edit ‘linked’ members)
- contact details and emergency contacts
- details of any boats / trailers stored including sail numbers
- confirmation that public liability insurance is in place (for dinghy owners only)
- fees – payments can be made using PayPal (going live soon) or by BACS transfer (details on payment page)
To access your membership details, or to apply to join as a new member, please click here and then click either ‘Your Membership’ to edit details if you’re an existing member, or ‘Join Us’ button if you’re a new member.
