Whilst there was near wall to wall sunshine for the final weekend of the winter series, the wind gods weren’t quite so amenable with spectacular but challenging reaching conditions on Saturday followed by a lazy Sunday when the wind just took the afternoon off and shut down completely. Not that this impacted the overall result with Matt’s only challenger, Nigel, unfortunately unable to compete due to injury, so congratulations to these two with Maury taking the final place on the podium sneaking in ahead of Alex.

Couple of weeks off now due to rowing events but looking forward to seeing more boats out now that Spring is well and truly here.
